基于增益调度控制和高保真飞机模型的实时四维轨迹生成 Article

Aircraft ground movement plays a key role in improving airport efficiency, as it acts as a link to all other ground operations. Finding novel approaches to coordinate the movements of a fleet of aircraft at an airport in order to improve system resilience to disruptions with increasing autonomy is at the center of many key studies for airport airside operations. Moreover, autonomous taxiing is envisioned as a key component in future digitalized airports. However, state-of-the-art routing and scheduling algorithms for airport ground movements do not consider high-fidelity aircraft models at both the proactive and reactive planning phases. The majority of such algorithms do not actively seek to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions. This paper proposes a new approach for generating efficient four-dimensional trajectories (4DTs) on the basis of a high-fidelity aircraft model and gainscheduling control strategy. Working in conjunction with a routing and scheduling algorithm that determines the taxi route, waypoints, and time deadlines, the proposed approach generates fuel-efficient 4DTs in real time, while respecting operational constraints. The proposed approach can be used in two contexts: ① as a reactive decision support tool to generate new trajectories that can resolve unprecedented events; and ② as an autopilot system for both partial and fully autonomous taxiing. The proposed methodology is realistic and simple to implement. Moreover, simulation studies show that the proposed approach is capable of providing an up to 11% reduction in the fuel consumed during the taxiing of a large Boeing 747 jumbo jet.

智能船舶工程科技发展战略研究

随着新兴技术的快速发展,智能船舶逐渐成为船舶工业发展热点。本文介绍了智能船舶技术分类,梳理现阶段国内外智能船舶技术发展现状,研究国外智能船舶技术发展特点,分析我国智能船舶技术发展存在的问题,建议我国在智能船舶技术发展中采取研发与应用并重,分步实施的发展模式,同时加大产学研合作力度,建立船岸一体综合服务模式,并进一步加强人才队伍建设。

新一代人工智能引领下的智能产品与装备

摘要:

智能产品与装备是智能制造和服务的价值载体、技术前提和物质基础。智能产品与装备的内涵体现在两个辩证的方面:一是智能技术的产品化,主要体现在物联网、大数据、云计算、边缘计算、机器学习、深度学习、安全监控、自动化控制、计算机技术、精密传感技术、GPS定位技术等的综合应用;二是传统产品的智能化,借势新一代人工智能,赋予传统产品以更高智慧,在智能制造装备、智能生产、智能管理等方面注入强劲生命力和发展动能。在广泛科学调研和已有研究基础上,结合《中国制造2025》的十大重点领域及《人工智能三年行动计划》等宏观政策,拟定了智能产品与装备的十二大装备领域。研究表明,新一代智能产品与装备以知识工程为核心,以自感应、自适应、自学习和自决策为显著特征。未来将重点发展该领域的十大关键技术。

New technology foresight method based on intelligent knowledge management

摘要: The increasing importance of technology foresight has simultaneously raised the significance of methods that determine crucial areas and technologies. However, qualitative and quantitative methods have shortcomings. The former involve high costs and many limitations, while the latter lack expert experience. Intelligent knowledge management emphasizes human–machine integration, which combines the advantages of expert experience and data mining. Thus, we proposed a new technology foresight method based on intelligent knowledge management. This method constructs a technological online platform to increase the number of participating experts. A secondary mining is performed on the results of patent analysis and bibliometrics. Thus, forward-looking, innovative, and disruptive areas and relevant experts must be discovered through the following comprehensive process: Topic acquisition → topic delivery → topic monitoring → topic guidance → topic reclamation → topic sorting → topic evolution → topic conforming → expert recommendation.

智能预报模式与水文中长期智能预报方法

摘要:

建立了以模糊优选、BP神经网络及遗传算法有机结合的智能预报模式与方法。在应用该方法进行中长期水文智能预报时,首先选取训练样本的数量,根据预报因子与预报对象的相关关系得到相对隶属度矩阵;再将其作为BP神经网络输入值以训练连接权重;最后将得到的连接权重值用于预报检验。计算结果表明,智能预报模式与方法的运行速度、精度及稳定性都达到了实际应用的要求。

数据驱动方法和人工智能(AI)算法比基于物理的方法更有前景,前者主要来源是数据,这是每个现象的基本要素。这些算法从数据中学习并揭示看不见的模式。这项新技术对每秒产生大量数据的石油行业具有重要意义。由于石油和天然气行业正处于向油田数字化的过渡阶段,在不同的石油工程挑战中,集成数据驱动建模和机器学习(ML)算法的动力越来越大。ML已广泛应用于工业的不同领域。人们已开展大量的研究,探索AI 在该行业各个学科中的适用性。然而,这些研究缺乏两个主要特征,大多数研究要么不够实用,不适用于实际领域的挑战,要么仅限于特定问题,无法推广。必须注意数据本身及其分类和存储方式。尽管有大量来自不同学科的数据,但它们都被存储在部门的数据库中,消费者无法访问。为了从数据中获取尽可能多的信息,需要将数据存储在一个集中的数据库中,不同的应用程序可以从中方便地使用这些数据。

基于智能网联的特种设备智能制造发展思路分析

摘要:

特种设备是国民经济建设和社会生活的重要基础设施,在特种设备领域发展智能制造、实现特种设备制造业的转型升 级,是“中国制造 2025”的重要组成部分。本文分析了特种设备的特点及发展现状,梳理了发展特种设备智能制造的需求情况, 提出了推动特种设备制造业由大变强的有效手段及发展思路。研究提出,发展特种设备智能制造的指导思想是采用并联式发 展道路,并行推进特种设备行业工业 2.0、工业 3.0、工业 4.0 的发展;发展重点是产品可追溯、质量管理智能化、动态风险 实时监控。在此基础上,引入智能网联技术思路作为特种设备智能制造的发展路径,分析智能网联的技术内涵,着重从特种 设备智联网构建、智能应用开发两方面提出了基于该路径的特种设备智能制造关键任务,以期为特种设备领域推进智能制造 提供理论参考。

智能钻完井技术研究综述 Review

摘要:

石油与天然气工程智能化已成为行业发展的必然趋势,其中智能钻完井技术可以大幅提高钻井效率和钻遇率,降低施工成本,被视为油气领域的一项变革性技术和前沿热点。机理-数据融合的智能建模、数字孪生等人工智能方法及其在油气钻完井工程领域的应用已取得广泛关注和关键进展,但是智能钻完井技术研究仍然处于初级阶段。在人工智能、大数据等前沿技术与油气钻完井工程深度融合的过程中,智能钻完井场景体系、多源多尺度数据治理、机理-数据混合驱动、模型可解释性、模型迁移性和不确定性建模等面临诸多挑战。为此,本文系统提出了钻完井人工智能应用场景体系,全面阐述了各场景下的智能技术及研究进展,深入探讨了智能钻完井技术未来发展的重点方向,为人工智能技术落地油气钻完井工程提供参考。

Tool path strategy and cutting process monitoring in intelligent machining

Intelligent machining is a current focus in advanced manufacturing technology, and is characterized by high accuracy and efficiency. A central technology of intelligent machining—the cutting process online monitoring and optimization—is urgently needed for mass production. In this research, the cutting process online monitoring and optimization in jet engine impeller machining, cranio-maxillofacial surgery, and hydraulic servo valve deburring are introduced as examples of intelligent machining. Results show that intelligent tool path optimization and cutting process online monitoring are efficient techniques for improving the efficiency, quality, and reliability of machining.

Intelligent compaction (IC) is a relatively new technology for asphalt paving industry. The present study evaluated the effectiveness and potential issues of the IC technology for flexible pavement resurfacing construction using two field projects. In the first project, a geostatistical semivariogram model was established and the parameters derived from it were compared with univariate statistical parameters for the Compaction Meter Value (CMV) data. Further analyses illustrated the effect of temperature on the CMV value and compaction uniformity. In the second project, a multivariate analysis was performed between in situ tests and IC data. The possibility of combining various IC data to predict the asphalt layer density and improve the current quality control and assurance system was discussed.

Building information modeling based on intelligent parametric technology

摘要: In order to push the information organization process of the building industry, promote sustainable architectural design and enhance the competitiveness of China’s building industry, the author studies building information modeling (BIM) based on intelligent parametric modeling technology. Building information modeling is a new technology in the field of computer aided architectural design, which contains not only geometric data, but also the great amount of engineering data throughout the lifecycle of a building. The author also compares BIM technology with two-dimensional CAD technology, and demonstrates the advantages and characteristics of intelligent parametric modeling technology. Building information modeling, which is based on intelligent parametric modeling technology, will certainly replace traditional computer aided architectural design and become the new driving force to push forward China s building industry in this information age.

An Intelligent Logistics Management Model in Prefabricated Construction

摘要: In recent years, with the increasingly complex fabricated construction environment and increasingly challenging logistics management requirements, this paper proposes a model of intelligent logistics management based on radio frequency identification and building information modeling, which enables monitoring full life cycle of building components and improving construction efficiency through real-time uploading and tracking components and materials logistics information. The empirical model was typically used in the construction of a major theme park with good results achieved.

Anthocyanins/chitosan films doped by nano zinc oxide for active and intelligent packaging: comparison

摘要: The multifunctional films was prepared by blending chitosan and nano-ZnO with purple tomato anthocyanins or black wolfberry anthocyanins. The properties of films functioned by anthocyanins source and nano-ZnO content were studied. It was found purple tomato anthocyanins showed more significant color change against pH than black wolfberry anthocyanins. The nano-ZnO were widely dispersed in matrix and enhanced the compatibility of anthocyanins with chitosan. However, the anthocyanins source influenced the properties of the films more slightly than nano-ZnO addition. The tensile strength, antioxidant and antibacterial effects of the chitosan films dramatically increased after cooperated by nano-ZnO and anthocyanins, which also enhanced with increase of nano-ZnO content, whereas the elongation at break of the composite films decreased. Especially, the anthocyanin and nano-ZnO promoted the antibacterial activity of films synergistically. Composite films made from black wolfberry anthocyanins exhibited higher mechanical performance than those made from purple tomato anthocyanins but weaker antibacterial effects. The purple tomato anthocyanins/chitosan and nano-ZnO/purple tomato anthocyanins/chitosan films effectively reflected pork spoilage, changing their colors from dark green to brown, indicating the potential for applications in active and intelligent food packaging.

Intelligent construction technology of railway engineering in China

摘要: Intelligent construction technology has been widely used in the field of railway engineering. This work first analyzes the connotation, function, and characteristics of intelligent construction of railway engineering (ICRE) and establishes its system structure from three dimensions, namely, life cycle, layers of management, and intelligent function, to deeply understand the development situation of intelligent railway construction in China. Second, seven key technical support systems of ICRE, which include building information modeling (BIM) standard system for China’s railway sector, technology management platform and life cycle management based on BIM+GIS (geography information system), ubiquitous intelligent perception system, intelligent Internet-of-Things (IoT) communication system based on mobile interconnection, construction management platform based on cloud computing and big data, unmanned operation system based on artificial intelligence, intelligent machinery and robot, and intelligent operation and maintenance system based on BIM and PHM (prediction and health management), are established. Third, ICRE is divided into three development stages: primary (perception), intermediate (substitution), and advanced (intelligence). The evaluation index system of each stage is provided from the aspects of technology and function. Finally, this work summarizes and analyzes the application situation of ICRE in the entire railway sector of China, represented by Beijing–Zhangjiakou and Beijing–Xiong’an high-speed railways. Result shows that the technical support systems of the ICRE have emerged in China and are still in the process of deepening basic technology research and preliminary application. In the future, the ICRE of China’s railway sector will develop toward a higher stage.
